Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

• During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

• Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, PrismaProAutoCare ships within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
